Q: How does this process work?


A:

  1. You add items into your cart and confirm your purchase by checkout. *Please be sure to include FC and in-game name as note on your paypal payment.
  2. You send us a message via our contact page.  Within this message, you should tell us your FC and in-game name as well.  We will arrange a time to conduct the trade.
  3. We conduct trade at agreed time.  You give us any junk Pokemon and we will give you your purchased merchandise.
  4. Enjoy your new Pokemon!

Q: What do I need in order to have in order to receive my Pokemon?

A:

  1. A Nintendo 3DS and a copy of Pokemon X or Pokemon Y.
  2. A stable internet connection.
  3. After confirming your purchase, send us a message that includes your FC and in-game name.
  4. Please add our FC into your 3DS.  In addition, please be online on Pokemon X or Pokemon Y at the arranged meeting time.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes, please contact us via our contact page  and ask us about custom orders so we can set up a deal.  

Q: Do you accept tradebacks or returns?

A: No, all sales are final.
